1. The service

Platypus is a daily AI-generated newsletter operated by Cluborado OÜ, registered in Estonia (EU). By subscribing, you agree to these terms.

2. Subscriptions

• Free tier: one topic, default morning delivery. No payment required.
• Premium:€2.90/month. Multiple topics, custom delivery time, and the Platypus Premium section. Billed monthly via Stripe. No free trial.
• 10% of premium subscription revenue is donated to platypus conservation.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your premium subscription at any time from your dashboard or by contacting us. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. Free users can unsubscribe via the link in any newsletter email.

4. Content

Newsletter content is generated with the help of artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, the content is for entertainment and informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any information and are not liable for decisions made based on our content.

The Platypus character, name, and branding are property of Cluborado OÜ. You may share newsletter content for personal, non-commercial purposes with attribution.

5. User conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Redistribute our content commercially without permission.
• Attempt to access other users’ data or disrupt the service.
• Submit abusive or harmful content through replies.

6. Replies and user content

When you reply to a newsletter, your response may be featured on our social media accounts (with your permission). We will never share your email address publicly. By replying, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use and display your reply.

7. Referral programme

Premium members can earn rewards by referring friends. Referral abuse (fake accounts, self-referrals) will result in forfeiture of rewards and potential account termination.

8. Limitation of liability

Platypus is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Cluborado OÜ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia, unless EU consumer protection rules grant you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the newsletter at least 14 days before they take effect.
